Give unto God

Give unto God your best
always.
For each new day give God
the praise.
God gives us the
abilities,
To face any difficulties.
We never know what life
might bring,
So be prepared for
anything.
No matter what problems
might come,
God is greater than the
total sum.
Let us rejoice and to God
sing,
And lift our prayers of thanksgiving.
Give thanks for all that
we receive,
And praise God in whom we
believe.

I come before the Lord
today,
And humbly to the Lord I
pray.
All of my sins I do
confess,
And ask for the Lord's
forgiveness.

For me new life begins

By the Lord's grace my

Upon the past I do not
dwell.
Instead with faith I look

Each morning when I wake
from sleep,
A special time with God I
keep.
As I begin each brand new
day,
To God I reverently pray.

God guides me in all I
might do,
To live for Christ the
whole day through.

God I pause,
To check back in with God
because,
New things arise that
bring new needs,
Where I might help doing
good deeds.

That I could share God's

God’s Mercy Came Down upon Us

God's mercy came down
upon us,
Wondrously through the
Lord Jesus,
Who taught by parables
and deeds,
And helped people who had
great needs.

When we just turn to
Christ and pray,
Jesus will help us too

Where e'er I am the Lord

Filled
with the precious love of Jesus,
We
know that nothing can separate us.

we're troubled or we're distressed,

by God's grace we are lovingly blessed.

Filled with God's goodness, mercy, and love,
Showers of blessings rain down from above.
Just like rain waters the dried-up land,
My soul is refreshed by the Lord's hand.

it's time to go,
Following the Savior that
our faith will grow,
Studying the scriptures
that God's will we'll know,

As disciples of Jesus
Christ,
We learn how we should
give.
For us Christ’s life was
sacrificed,
That we might fully live.
Some things we just might
never know,
On this side of the
grave.
But sure as Christ rose
from below,
We know Jesus will save.
The Lord is always near
to us,
Each step along the Way.
Let us always follow
Jesus,
Faithfully day by day.
With Just a Little Faith

With just a little faith,
you see,
Small as a mustard seed.
Mountains could be moved
to the sea.
We'd have all we would need.
Whenever doubts overcome
us,
And fear is all we feel.
Remember we follow Jesus,
Our faith in him is real.
When we find others are
in need,
There's something we can
do.
The broken heal, the
hungry feed,
Share Jesus with them too.
As We Begin This Glorious Week

As we begin this glorious
week,
We seek to see God’s
face.
God’s glory in each day
we seek,
And God’s amazing grace.
As we serve as God’s
hands and feet,
Faithfully we will leap.
As we share Christ with
all we meet,
God, let our faith grow
deep.
O Lord, help us to do
your will,
All this we humbly pray.
May your commission we
fulfill,
As we serve you each day.
In Jesus we are
connected,
In God’s kin-dom so
grand.
To people feeling
neglected,
May we extend our hand.
In Life We Have So Many Days

In life we have so many
days,
Some beautiful and bright.
Some are quite dark with
shades of greys,
Different as day and
night.
In the darkness, God, let
us see,
A beacon of your light.
Reveal to us grace and
mercy.
Help us to do what's
right.
No matter what the day
might bring,
This is the day God made.
So, to God will
faithfully sing,
That God's will be obeyed.

Down at the shore
watching the waves,
A story comes to mind.
We know that our Lord
Jesus saves,
Through love for
humankind.
Once when they were out
on the sea,
Threatened by crashing
waves,
Jesus calmed their fears
completely,
Fears of watery graves.
When there are things
that trouble you,
They may be downright
hard.
You know what you always
can do,
Just call upon the Lord.
On This Journey

On this journey that we
call life,
With all its ups and
downs,
There is unity and there
is strife,
There is joy amidst the
frowns.
Throughout each day the
Lord has made,
Whether hectic or still,
Let us avoid what God's
forbade,
And seek to do God's
will.
When we get to this
journey’s end,
When we have done God's
will,
With those before us
we'll ascend,
Glory beyond the hill.
When We’re in God’s Sanctuary

We're in God's sanctuary,
A sacred, holy place,
We see the love of God
clearly,
In each glorified face.
As the scriptures are
read aloud,
And the message is
preached,
Something happens within
the crowd,
To each one who's been
reached.
Before we go outside the
doors,
To people we will greet,
The benediction to us pours,
God's love for those will
meet.
With Christ We Went out on the Street

With Christ we went out
on the street,
To offer food and prayer.
We blessed all we were
blessed to meet,
And felt Christ’s
blessing there.
Together we gathered in
prayer,
And washed each other’s
feet.
A holy moment we did
share,
A blessing, oh so sweet!
Truly this week our lives
were changed,
Christ has made all
things new.
Now what might all be
rearranged,
For us to follow through?
In All Our Lives

In all our lives there
are those times,
When we might say, “Gee
whiz!”
There aren't good reasons
nor good rhymes,
That's just the way it
is.
But even in the worst of
these,
Never alone are we.
If we but bow down on our
knees,
And pray reverently.
God will meet you right
where you are,
And from there lead you
on.
God can lead you so very
far,
Beyond where you have
gone.
When you get to that
place above,
With those who've gone
before.
You'll be embraced by so
much love,
Forever and some more.
You’re the Creator

You're the Creator who
has made me,
Made in your image most
lovingly.
Filled with your
blessings your will uplifts,
That I might use your
spiritual gifts.
I have been gifted like all
of us,
That I might share the
love of Jesus.
Worthy of your call help
me to live,
That all for you I’ll thankfully
give.
Help me use my gifts in
all I do,
To equip people for
serving you.
In times when much is
disparaging,
Help me to share words
encouraging.
Positive speaking is in
my power,
Help me speak out each
and every hour.
By the things I say, through
words I choose,
Help me find ways to
share the Good News.
